In order to attend this Seminar, you must fill out the online Application form in its
entirety. A PDF confirmation will be created after you submit your registration form on-line.
This PDF confirmation will also be e-mailed to you. You MUST PRINT this confirmation and YOU MUST BRING THIS CONFIRMATION SHEET WITH YOU to the College Night
Seminar. There is a bar code on the sheet which must be scanned to verify attendance.
